Sun in Aquarius or Pisces
In astrology, an Aquarius Sun is linked with independence and originality. The sign is traditionally read as inventive, group-minded, and comfortable doing things differently from the norm. Aquarius is a Air sign with a fixed modality, ruled by Uranus (traditionally Saturn).
In astrology, a Pisces Sun is linked with imagination and empathy. The sign is traditionally read as intuitive, adaptable, and open to art, music, and the inner world. Pisces is a Water sign with a mutable modality, ruled by Neptune (traditionally Jupiter).
Moon in Pisces or Aries (approximate)
The Moon moves about 13 degrees a day and changed sign around this date. Without a birth time it could be Pisces or Aries, so the Moon sign is approximate.
A Pisces Moon is read as an emotional style that is receptive and compassionate, and that picks up on the moods around it easily.
An Aries Moon is read as an emotional style that reacts fast and recovers fast, with feelings expressed openly rather than held back.

Element Balance
Of the 8 planets with a certain sign on this date, the count per element is: Fire 3, Earth 3, Air 1, Water 1. Fire and Earth share the lead. Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto move slowly, so everyone born within a few years of 1988 shares their signs.
A full chart reading also looks at the rising sign, the houses, and the angles between planets. Those need a birth time, so they are not part of this page.
